Draft Summit Agenda
Who can attend the WA-Summit?
The WA-Summit is open to WA-Alliance Members and Non-Members.
The WA-Summit is not a conference, it’s a working meeting at which the leaders and representatives of Administrative Professional Associations, Networks, Organisations, industry stakeholders and individual administrative professionals come together to discuss the challenges currently facing our profession. At the 13th Summit discussion sessions, 61 administrative professionals took part from 23 countries. Together they represented the voices of over 125.000 administrative professionals around the world.
We start the Summit with an online discussion session on 19th September 2026. At this session, you can take part in one of four topics that are currently the most challenging* for our profession.
*taken from the 2025 Global Skills Matrix survey.
Delegates: Those officially representing the voices of the administrative professionals in their country, supported by their Association/Organization. Delegates have the right to vote, if required. (Max. 5 Delegates per country). Applications close on 31st July 2026.
Participants: Anyone working in the administrative profession who wishes to experience and contribute to the work of the WA-Summit may attend, taking part in the online discussions and the face-to-face Summit. You do not need to submit a Delegate Credentialing form, but you are not eligible to vote.
If you would like to know more about attending the Summit, please read our one-pager here for more information.
Delegate Credentialing
Delegates (a maximum of five delegates per country) must be accredited by their Association, Network or Organisation. Delegates bring to the table not their own opinions, but rather the concerns, questions and challenges of the people they represent. The work of the Summit depends on contributions made by the voices of administrative professionals around the globe. Each Country Delegation must choose one person to be the Delegation leader. It is they who hold the vote for their country.
On the Delegate Credentialing form, you will be required to upload an email from the Leader of your Association/Network or Organisation with their endorsement of your participation as their representative. If more than five delegates per country apply, we will approve those who represent the highest number of administrative professionals.
