Payment Terms

All payments must be received by 1st May 2021. Payments must be made in USD and any bank charges of further charges must be paid by the participant. Only fully registered and paid Delegates will be sent the login details for the Summit sessions. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.

Cancellations and Refunds

Any cancellations and / or amendments must be notified in writing to Chair@wa-alliance.com. Cancellations will not receive a refund, but substitutes are welcome without penalty.

Privacy Statement

Your privacy is important to us and we will not publish your details in the list of Summit Delegates for distribution to fellow attendees, or any other party associated with the Summit without your consent. By registering you automatically give your consent that your details will be used for the management of this event (e.g. invoicing, information emails about the event etc.). If you do not wish your details to appear, please notify in writing to Chair @WA-Alliance.com.

We declare that we will not forward your details to external companies for marketing purposes or similar.

Digital Recordings

The World Administrators Summit is being recorded via Hopin. By registering you automatically give your consent that recordings of your person may be taken.  Recordings will not be published, however kept for reference purposes only. 

If you do not wish recordings of your person to appear, please notify in writing to Chair@WA-Alliance.com.
