We wish to acknowledge our deep appreciation of our current and previous Sponsors. Our Sponsors are vital to the success of the WA-Summit which is held every two years. The WA-Summit is run as a non-profit event, so every sponsorship dollar for a face-to-face event goes to reducing the registration fees for the Delegates. For example, at the WA-Summit in 2018, a last minute sponsorship of the Welcome Cocktail function meant that Delegates who had chosen to attend that function each received a refund at the event.

The administrative professionals who attend as Delegates (no more than five per country) often do so at their own cost, even though they are representing the administrative professionals from their country. To ensure we get the highest possible attendance from around the world, it is essential that we keep the in-person registration costs of each event as low as possible.

The lower the costs the more potential there is for a larger number of countries to attend. In Frankfurt, Germany we had 22 countries and 41 Delegates.

As we all know our world changed in 2020 with the Covid-19 global pandemic. Since then we have held on-line events for both Business Sessions (now the WA-Alliance AGM for members) and WA-Summits (2021 and again 2022).

It is now planned that the 13th WA-Summit will be held in-person in Wellington, New Zealand in March 2024, adjacent to Executive Support LIVE.

The WA-Summit Advisory Council truly appreciates AdmiNZ’s willingness to host the 13th WA-Summit; 24 years after they hosted the 4th WA-Summit in 2000 and the 8th WA-Summit in 2011. AdmiNZ was due to host the 11th WA-Summit in 2020 but this was converted to an on-line event held in 2021.

AdmiNZ’s willingness to pick up hosting the anticipated face-to-face 13th WA-Summit again for 2024 is truly appreciated.
